Is it possible to make animations/fla back from png and xml

So im just wondering if theres a export function then what about import? Im have a lot of spritesheets where im lost fla file, but didnt lost png and xml.

you can't reconstitute a fla from spritesheets and xml file.  you can import your sprite sheets and work with them to create a new fla.

and yes, animate has an export function.
