I do not want to abuse any situation. This may not be the appropriate place to ask this. But, I need to create some "original" animation that will be used, possibly nationwide, to convey a much needed public service message. I have no operating funds at present. The potential audience for this 30 minute animation will astound you. I have graphics that "almost" do the job, but they are not my own and not quite what I would prefer. I can't learn Animate CC fast enough to get this launched. I can't afford to farm-it-out professionally. How can I find someone to take what I have and either show me quickly how to do what I want, or do it for me for full animation credit? This will be a very high profile PSA.

There isn't a help-wanted forum. It's usually best to post in the relevant product forums. I'll get a moderator to move your message out of the Lounge and into an Animate forum.

Is there a reason you're doing a 30 minute long animation in Animate and not using After Effects or Character Animator?

Yes. Total ignorance. I was a CAD user over my 30 year career. I assumed learning any Adobe (or similar) product would be like CAD on steroids. It isn’t, and I’m shocked. These products are for Artists – not CAD operators and Computer Programmers. This revelation is now biting me in the butt.
I’ll learn and use whatever will get the job done. However, my longer term goals are to learn Animate CC to develop original content for the planetarium I operate. Most of the content we currently use is developed in either Dreamweaver or Animate. I want to eventually build in that direction, but will try anything to get this PSA off the ground.
What I want is extremely simple animation. In fact, the more basic, the better. If I could make my Photoshop efforts move - I'd be done.

I programmed a bunch of kiosks for the Hayden Planetarium in New York, working with a younger Neil Tyson at the time. You should hire me!
But, I'm not an animator. Do you want me to point people here, who might be the right person? Where are you based?

I will move this over to the Animate forum.
Without knowing anything about the animation, my guess would be that it would take longer to do in After Effects, and if it doesn't feature characters that Character Animator may not be the right tool!
But, as we see what develops in the Animate discussion maybe there could be a later post to the AE forum.

Forget what I said about moving, someone seems to have done that!

No one really likes to work for free even for a "high profile PSA" or a planetarium. We've all got mouths to feed. You'll get much farther in life if you don't trivialize someone else's profession. You're talking a half hour of animation which is literally months of work. For free! Try asking your accountant, grocer, doctor, barber, gardener or really just about anyone in the world to do that and see how far it gets you. Would you work for free for six months?

Asymetrical,
I appreciate your reply. All great points and I agree. I think you may have made some broad assumptions about my intentions and challenges. The action of my even asking for help here is evidence that I don't trivialize the profession, nor the rights of those invested in it. I have the PSA completed using a few animated graphics found online - maybe yours. I need them made original and tweaked toward my message. This is for a glorified PowerPoint, not a Pixar movie. You're not who I am looking for. Thank you.
This PSA is grassroots and not affiliated with my job. I’m broke and have a message to deliver. I’m not looking for a professional animator. I’m looking for someone with some time and more Animate knowledge than I, to coach, mentor, partner, collaborate, whatever . . .
Basically, I’m old school and learned many complex applications from studying something called “product documentation” – unfortunately a dated concept. Today, you either spend hours on YouTube, or buried in someone’s online HTML tutorial pages. I don't have that kind of time at present.
