Is there a way to set Animate to use .PNG compression as default?

This is a minor quality of life thing, but the amount of times I forget to set my images to PNG instead of JPEG is too damn high.
This would save me tons of clicks.

Imported Bitmap settings, the ones that are manually set by selecting a Bitmap in the Library, and going into the item's properties.
