Is there a way to transform all keyframes of an asset in Adobe Animate?

I'm very new to this program, and am wondering if there is a way to re-size an animated asset? For context, I animated a rig on a 1920x1080 stage, and want to import it into an 800x1080 stage. When I do that, it's very large, and despite the fact I select and transform all keyframes, it only applies to one. Is there any way to rescale the entirety of said asset?

Use Edit Multiple Frames.
