Live Action to Animation

Hi I have a live action video that I filmed that I want to animate.  Problem is, I don't really know which adobe software to use (or if it is even possible with adobe).  It wouldn't be a complex animation. https://www.reddit.com/r/W2S/comments/g60vo7/little_bit_of_animation_of_harry_crossbar/?utm_source=s...

You should use Adobe Animate. Easiest animations software to learn. Very user friendly.
