Major bug regarding adding keyframes or anything to a symbol in motion tween

The bug basically moves your symbol out of position and there's no way to set it back.

 

I'm rotating a flower and it's not dead centre, I've tested by adding key frames, everytime I add a Keyframe it slightly nudges the symbol off centre.

For the interposition of movement to be done correctly, there are some specifications, such as, for example, only a single symbol within the Frame... If it has more than one symbol, it will merge with the other to form a single symbol. See more information here:
