make direct phone call in android by as3

I want to make android app for my old sick mom that she can make easy phone call ..i want to make code that when i press a button ( for exp a button of  a contact ) it call him directly not open phone dialer as navigate url

a project not updated does not mean it's abandoned. It can simply working and no update is necessary

Absolutely - but after i added the comment i did some digging and people say it doesn't work with a version of AIR bigger than 21.

I ended up purchasing the ane from Distriqt - but it would certainly be cool if someone would pick this up and update it.

ok so it means that it was working with flash embedded in.
