Missing Assets/Backgrounds...

I'm a middle school teacher(writing for 8 total middle schools) and on some of our accounts, like mine, the assets are missing certain backgrounds, objects along with many of the hands on tutorials, like the bouncing ball.  Is there something I need to do or am I missing something here?   Any help is appreciated- thanks in advance!
