I am currently using Adobe Animate CC 2018, and I'm still pretty new to using the program. I had recently found out how to use the motion presents and was pleased with these findings. However, I cannot access them anymore. I have strong internet, I tried turning off and on the program, singing in and out of my cloud account, turning off and on the viewing of motion presets. But nothing that I can think of can fix it. I tried seeing if someone else had this same problem, but either I'm blind or this only happens in After Effects. Any clues as to why this is???

The previews are for the default presets. I don't think they work for custom presets, and the preview isn't as needed, seeing as you made the custom one from something you had animating in your timeline already.
