Hey, I know this is probably a glitch but a few moments ago when I went to log back into my adobe animate it asked me to log out of another device before I could use it. It gave me the option of "owner pc" which is obviously my own laptop, and another that was a bunch of numbers. I clicked to log out on it. It also Says that my current laptop and my last were last logged into 5 years ago? But I've not had my computer quite that long yet.

I changed my passoword. Is there an activity log on my account or something I don't see?

There's my current, and another from the same city, not sure if thats because I have animate opened up or not, but, the middle one says unknown?

I did, and I had to log back into animate. Then this morning when I checked it again I see the desktop is back on the list. I changed my password last night before I ended them all?

so, after signing out from all and then signing in to your one desktop, what does your account show?

ah. It was only showing one current session, until i logged back into animate and its showing the desktop and the other adobe session from my same area immediately pops back up

ok, so you log into your account page and deactivate all.
you reload the page and confirm none are signed in
you leave the page open and sign in to your one computer
you refresh the account page immediately and see...?

I see that it shows I now have the same 3 sessions as before, like this

if you click to end the unknown session, does that end your current session? ie, can you open an adobe app (without signing in) after ending that middle session?

I have ended the middle session. It doesn't log me out of my current animate session, HOWEVER when I log out then try to log back in it tells me I am logged out of animate and must sign in again.

any app that's open will NOT register an end session. you must close and (try to) reopen an app to see if the session ended.

Ok, well. When I end the session of the middle one, it forces me to log in again when close animate and open it up again. Is it just telling me that I have multiple sessions open because I have the animate app open and am also logged into my adobe account online at the same time?

yes, you can check/confirm what computer is being used by this technique:
open an adobe app (confirming your signed in)
close that app
end a session on your account page
(try to) open that adobe app
if you're prompted to sign in, the session you ended is the current computer.

I see. Is it possible it was a glitch that the adobe program thought I was signed in on 2 different computers?

i've seen my one win computer listed multiple times, but it's always counted as one sign-in. ie, can use my win computer and see it several times and see my mac signed-in, too so i know the win computer isn't accounting for more than one session despite the different listings.
