My animation got completely messed up after trying to render animation to adobe media encoder

 I made this 20 second ish animation with a ton of layers and symbols. And when I tried exporting, Adobe Media encoder crashed and I got a ton of errors on Adobe Animate. Now my timeline is completely messed up and I don't know how to bring back my original animation. This is extremely frustating, please anybody help me. How do I bring back my previous verisons or even just fix this?? 

I tried to attach my file but it says I don't match the file extension. I don't know what to do.

I use the Adobe Animate 2022 verison also.

Please help.

How do I repair it? I've downloaded winrar, I'm not too sure what my next steps are.

I've tried to repair it using this fourm but nothing really changed or maybe I just didn't do it correctly?

I believe so? The animation and elements are still jumbled in the timeline. I have no problem opening the file but it's just messed up animation.
