My timeline isn't showing real time

I have a problem with Animate timeline. it's not showing real time - It takes about 6 seconds to show 1 second animation. It's especially slow when I use Classic Tween. I tried updating and reseting the settings but it's still stuck. Also, Animate is very slow and every action takes too long. Would love to have any help it's seriously frustrating.

if the problem exists for a new fla, reset your preferences:

1.assign (if none now exist) a custom keyboard shortcut:

2.reset your preferences* (you should not give up on this until you've tried several times)

3.confirm you were successful by checking your keyboard shortcut was reset

if it's not, return to step 2

if it is reset, check if the problem is resolved

* press and hold Control+Alt+Shift (Windows) or Command+Option+Shift (Mac OS) as you start Animate.
