Need help please - Symbols disappearing in tween

Hello I am trying to do a uni assignment by creating an animation of traffic moving around a site. I am having a big problem with the symbols disappearing during the tween movement. The symbol block often turns white or black rather than completely disappearing and it is only for a period of the animation. It almost looks like they are moving under something but there is nothing there. Any help would be appreciated.

Can you upload the file here or send the file via Dropbox or google Drive somehow? It sounds like you're not using the Tween tool correctly.
