So I have a technology project due and it is to make an educational game, I chose to make a platformer and I am using actionscript 2.0

I really need help because I am making a platformer and I want it to be educational, I need help to make a code that will not allow you to move until you answer a math question. So pretty much I want to be able to freeze my character and prompt a math question and if you get the answer wrong you keep trying it over and over again until you get it right and once you get it right you will be able to move again. I have the platformer part done and the only thing I need help with is the code to make your character unmovable and prompt you with a math question and if you answer it correctly you will be able to move again.
