I am learning animate. Using classroom in a book release date 2020. Chpt. 3. The instructions are to animate a position.  I created a new layer and moved an image to the stage, positioned it. I selected the image and could not get it to insert a motion tween as I thought the instructions said. I learned that I had to select the key frame on the newly created layer ( not mentioned in the instructions) then the option to select the motion tween became available.
