NFC in air for android-is it possible?

hi

I want to create app and combine  the NFC technology

for example: if I tap the phone with the card(that include NFC sticker) the app go to frame 2 and stop.

can I do it with flash professional cs6?

if yes, haw can I do it? is there tutorial that I can watch?
