New Here ,
Jul 13, 2017 Jul 13, 2017

Hi guys, my sis got a new computer. And obviously, it's a windows 10 computer.

I downloaded flash (animate CC 2017) for her. But something goes wrong :

on my old computer, i was using the F7 shortcut to add a new blank keyframe.

But in her computer, when i click F7, it only turn the sound of the computer down. Even if i click shift key in the same time or else.

I looked for for 30 min, and didn't find an answer.

So, what is the new shortcut for new blank keyframe in Animate CC ?

THX

The same would be true on Mac OS too. Keyboards that use the function keys to do a second task will also have an 'fn' key. Press that down, then press F7, and you should get the usual behavior.

On some keyboards you can reverse the effect, by holding the fn key and pressing Caps Lock.
