Only shows one frame when i export plus no sound

I created an animation with images and made each symbol a movie clip. The animation plays perfectly when I hit control anter , but when I export it only shows a single frame and the sound doesn't play.

what file type (html5, bitmap (eg, gif), video (eg, mp4) are you trying to create?

what steps (eg file > export > export as etc) are you taking to export or publish?
