Hi an artist has just sent me a vector drawing.
1. When I scale it down it's pixelated - it's supposed to be a vector.
2. Also, it weighs 173kb whereas similar head drawings weigh just 10kb.
Is it because they are using the paint brush tool and if that is so then why have the paint brush tool.
Also, would it be better to draw in illustrator? Somebody told me that illustrator has too many "points" so when you import into flash it uses more CPU.

This is the AS3 forum and your question addresses a non-AS3 matter... possibly not even a Flash matter - hard to say since you mention very little about the image. You should post questions such as this in the Flash General forum.
