Parenting View Button Greyed Out Unavailable

I'm new to Animate, but have been working with After Effects for years. Is there any reason why the Parenting View button would be greyed out?

If it is Layer Parenting - Advanced Layers must be available for your target platform and enabled via Document Settings.

Thanks for the quick reply! I have Advanced Layers enabled, but I'm using a HTML5 Canvas. Could that be the problem?
