Pencil tool is erasing instead of drawing

So i use Flash CS5.5 And for some reason i selected the eraser to erase something then went back to my pen and now its erasing instead of drawing. Its not an issue with my drawing tablet (XP-Pen Artist 13.3) Because my mouse is doing the same thing, i selected pen tool, pencil tool, eraser and changed both fill and pen colors to black and restarted the program but its not working. Please help!

create a custom keyboard shortcut (if one doesn't already exist)

confirm preferences were successfully reset by check that the custom keyboard shortcut was reset

if you successfully reset preferences, check to see if the problem is resolved.
