Pretty specific stretch issue

Hey! Recently move to Adobe animate, and i've found an issue. You guys see, at Macromedia Flash 8 has an specific way to stretch, if you see, a whole part of the object you're stretching is not moving at all, but if i try the same at Adobe Animate it moves at both sides. Is there any way to change this to how it was at Macromedia?

Press and hold down the Alt key.

scaling depends on the transform point (the open circle) location which is movable.
