My Flash app runs fine when published for any Flash player. However publishing to any AIR device (e.g. Windows desktop or Android) does generate an executable (exe) file which installs fine. But the app just opens the welcome screen and disappears after 2 seconds. To me it looks as if the mouse listener is not working.
I also use a timer in the app. This gives me an error of a "zero length element". When I remove the timer I get above behavior.
It seems I miss something and so far I could not find an answer in the manuals or the samples.
