first,I am sorry for awkward English.I wrote it with the help of a translator.
Hello I am a new user who wants to make simple animations with anime cc.
My question is how to zoom in or out navigate canvas.
I set up a shortcut [ view- zoom in and view -zoom out] for navigate canvas
There is no problem here.
The problem is to designate a group and go into it.
Enter the group and zoom in. Zoom in on the top left of the canvas.
CMd + mouse wheel normally runs zoom in out through the center of the cursor.
But I'm a tablet mouse user.
I can work on it, but it's quite stuffy.
Can't help it? Thank you.
with the zoom tool selected, draw a rectangle (with the mouse, ie press drag from the rectangle's upper left and release at the lower right) of the region you want zoomed in.

I beleive in Flash there used to be an easy keyboard key combo shortcut for zoom in/out, like Photoshop and or Illustrator. Why would it not be in Animate? I see the options to create keyboard shortcuts for zoom, but I dont think they can create the very intuitive and highly used method of mouse drag to zoom in/out? What happened, can Adobe realize this is like a common need... like an artist at an easel... stepping back to see the picture from a distance... it should be obvious?

z is the default key to select the zoom tool (and can be customized in edit>kb shortcuts>etc) and drawing (per above) works well, but you can also use your mouse wheel (or ctrl-mouse wheel) to zoom in and out. and there are probably a lot of other ways, too.
