responsive canvas centers horizontally until gets cropped

Hi, I'm using animate responsive settings.
To center stage: Both;
Make Responsive: by height.
Scale to fill visible area: Fit in view.

Problem
when banner starts to crop from sides – it stops centering horizontally, and scroll sliders are added.

How to make it always center horizontally, even after being cropped from sides?
