I made an element in Animate (html canvas) that is integrated in a website using WordPress.
The element is responsive, and resizes correctly when I resize the browser or when it loads to a mobile devices.
But when I change the orientation of the device, the element doesn't resize to fit the screen like it's meant to, unless I refresh (reload).
changing the device's orientation back and forth from portrait to landscape and back might make it resize, but that's obviously not good enough.
It's a good question. I afraid you didn't use any detection for rotation. I'm (not sure about it) think that default resonsive file from Animate cant detect rotation event. If you reload page your design fit new layout and thats all.
It's not real resonsive feature in Animate

How are you detecting resize events?
