Just as the title says.
If you have a project where everything is set up on dozens and hundreds of layers of shape tweens, trying to reverse the frames will ruin everything.
I believe it has something to do with the Hint system.
Does anyone know a workaround?
Thank you in advance
i would save with a new name so i have, at least, two flas with working tweens.
in one i would convert to all keyframes and reverse those. then copy and paste into the other fla
If you copy the frames and put them on a layer above you can reverse the frames with no issue when using shape hint.

.
Another way would be to copy frames - paste frames of your shape tweens into a new symbol and then control the instance of that symbol using keyframes and the Properties Panel to Play Once and/or Play Reverse.
