Since update, lines won't snap

Since I updated to the newest version of animate, lines won't snap to other lines when I draw them, only when I drag their points after I draw them.
Can it be fixed?

I tried it out on a new file with default snapping settings and it worked fine.

Can you confirm if it works for you in a new document or not? Does it happen only in some specific case or just on a particular file?

It works on a new file, but not on ones I've worked on the previous version

Actually it doesn't work inside a symbol. even in a new file

Mine is not working inside of symbols as well.

It works in the main timeline though.

Any update on this, or an ETA perhaps? This is an extremely urgent, easily reproducible bug, and it pretty much prevents me from using Animate CC 2019 on any project.

Just want to let you all know that the update we have pushed for Animate CC 2019 today has the fix for the snapping issues inside symbol edit mode. Please update your copy of Animate CC 2019 to the latest using Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application to avail the fix.

In addition, this update has Pressure and Tilt support to Eraser tool and Drag fill enhancements to Paint Bucket tool.

Snapping seems to work on main timeline and in groups but not inside symbols.
