Snap.SVG Animator vs native JS/HTML export

Recently I've been very interested in using Animate animations in websites, since that finally seems to be making a come back after the whole Flash vs HTML5 nonsense. And I'm now looking for the best and most efficient way to do so in JS/HTML in a way that's supported by all browsers, and hopefuly also mobile.

I've done a number of tests with the native Animate to JS/HTML exports, and that seems pretty darn good at first glance. The generated code seems clean too. Although I havn't tried to implement it into a functional website yet. But I've also come across the Snap.SVG Animator plugin recently, and am now wondering if that is also good, and still relevant? Posts I come across about Snap.SVG Animator seem to be mainly from 2016, so I just want to make sure I'm working with an up-to-date plugin. And also, what do you guys think is the best way to export animations for use in websites? Native JS/HTML export? Or a plugin like Snap.SVG Animator?

And also, what do you guys think of the generated code? Is it efficient? Is it clean and easy to work with?

I'd appreciate any comments!

P.S. Glad to see Flash is back in full force 🙂

Grtz,

K
