i usually export my animations as .mov files and then convert them to .mp4 w/ media encoder, but recently when i export with animate, the .mov file that is created is completely blank. if i try to open it, it says that quicktime cant run it. if i try to convert it with media encoder, it says that there is no content to stream. im not doing anything different than i have before, it just suddenly started doing this. past problems have been answered w downloading quicktime, changing to action script 3.0, etc. but none of that is fixing my problem. please help ! i dont understand what's wrong : (
Quicktime was never uninstalled,, i never managed to figure out what the problem was. i used 'save as' to save a duplicate on my desktop and managed to convert it just fine. i think it might have to do with the cloud on my mac bc it sometimes removes files from my computer and maybe thats why it thought there was no content ?? thanks tho !

That sounds like QuickTime isn't installed. Does it fail even in a new FLA that only has a few frames of animation?
