Stabilizer suddenly not working in Animate CC

I'm developing a stabilizer to smooth out mouse movements for macOS. I've built a working prototype and it works, but recently it stopped working in Animate CC. It was working fine until recently and I'm not sure what caused it or why.

I've checked the output from Xcode and it tells me that my stabilizer is working normally. Flash CS5 also works (as shown above) as well as all versions of Photoshop and Illustrator.

Is there any reason this would be happening? How can I fix it? If I need to provide more information, please let me know.
