stop action not working

Hi. I need your help for my school project.

For my research project, I am using this task called the peg-turning task, in which users are instructed to click on the highlighted peg, which causes the peg to rotate. Thankfully, the study I refer to provided the fla file that contains the task, but when I test this on Adobe Animate, it just loops. Although the file contains several scenes, the only one I need desperately is the "cog" scene. 

I really appreciate it if you could help me! I have also attached the file here.

I tried both stop(); and this.stop(); in the Actions layer (on the last key
frame) but the animation doesn’t stop when I test it.

what are you testing? as3? html5? video?

I clicked on "Test Movie", but the animation kept looping.

There are several errors but not for stop actions.

Are all errors needed to be fixed for everything to work properly?
