Stroke effects keep disappearing

Community Beginner ,
May 27, 2021 May 27, 2021

I like to use the stroke effects (tapering, etc) in my animations. But with this most recent version of Animate, these stroke effects disappear whenever I quit the program and sign back in. Does anybody have this issue and know how to fix it?

Thanks,

Julie

Hi Julie,

It's an acknowledged bug in Animate 21.0.6.

Just go back to the previous version and do not update until a hotfix comes out.

You can keep an eye here for when it will appear as fixed:

Yes, I think that going back to 21.0.5 will be enough.

OK I see how to revert to previous versions. Is the very last version before the current version OK?
