Suggestion: Frame Rates for Tweens

Hi there!

Adobe told me on Twitter to post suggestions for Animate CC in here so here it goes

In Moho you got the Option to individually set the Holding Frames of a Tween. So for example let's say i have an arm moving, i could Switch the Interpolation from every Frame at 24fps to every two Frames, three Frames and so on. The Advantage of this is, that i can do mixtures of traditional and tween Animation with tweens that first of all don't look so "computer-y" but still have stuff on ones, which you do all the time when animating Frame by Frame (which is why simply switching the Overall framerate to 12 or something won't work).

So yeah, that would be a great Feature
