Tool panel is blank - Adobe Product Community - 13224868

Hi,

When I open a new project in Animate 2022, my tools panel doesn't show anything. Opening it using Windows > Tools just shows a tool panel with nothing in it.

I reset the default preferences and restarted the app.

What's the trick?
