Tracking Impressions of HTML animated ads

New Here ,
Jan 28, 2019 Jan 28, 2019

Hi,

I have created html animated ads using adobe animate for a client. They are working with a 3rd party to upload them.
We've inserted the click-tag into the code and that is working fine (i.e number of clicks are being counted).

To track impressions of the creative do we need to add further lines of code? Or is this usually done through Google
Ad Manager by the third party who are uploading the ads?

Use Campaign Manager to track impressions and clicks on HTML emails - Campaign Manager Help

From what I can see on this link, it is something that can be done by the person uploading the ads.

If anyone can help i'd be very grateful!

Thanks,

Scott

Never done it myself, but I am thinking that Google should be generating all that code for you if you follow their instructions. I suggest waiting for an expert here to pitch in.

Thanks,

Preran
