Transparent Bitmaps are glitching out

Hi, i have a project consisting of multiple bitmap objects that are all transparent. when I move them around, around some of them here is some sort of transparent square that blocks the things under it. i don't know what to do please help!!!

change your stage color to verify the backgrounds are transparent.

The 'transparent square' shows the actual dimensions of the bitmap.

 

If you want to avoid this undesired click detection, put your bitmaps inside a Graphic Symbol and mask them. Masking does not need to be perfect, just close to the silhouette.
