I hand-drew 18 frames of an alligator and imported them in to cc animate. the clip would play no problem when I hit the play button. But nothing would show up when I click on test movie. Everything would show up as blank when I tried to export the clip either as gif or otherwise.

Everything i tried would come up as blank not even the original image of my gator. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

are your 18 frames on the main timeline, or on a movieclip/graphic timeline?

I didn't know there was a difference.  I jist imported all the drawings to the stage and they show up in sequence in the main timeline.
