trouble with exporting video

hello everyone this is the first thing I have tried to animate and when I try and export it as a video in adobe animate cc it goes to adobe media encoder and I have the proper settings there but when I open it the image is all messed up but i have audio . I cant figure out what I am doing wrong if anyone has input it would be appreciated.

It's hard to figure what could be going wrong without looking at your file. I am guessing that this has got to do with the settings in AME.

I suggest getting in touch with the tech support team Contact Customer Care​ They can take a look at your file and see what's going wrong.
