So, I installed Premier a few weeks ago. Today, I tried using the first program, Adobe Animate.
The program loads this error: "Unable to multiply Transform. GDI Status: ^1" when the application starts, and does not stop giving the error message. I have read a few posts from people who recieve the error for small things, ie. when they import media. And even those folks, who have seemed to try everything, are unable to bypass the error. And I'm left wondering, what hope do I have? When I moved to purchase Adobe on the web, the website was unable to complete the purchase, and I had to complete the purchase over chat. I'm wondering if All of the software might have major compatability issues.
Would I benefit from returning to a less buggy version? How do I find older versions of the Animate Software?

As a side note. I need to say, that this computer I'm using, is top notch, brand new, and super powerful. So, this computer does not need more resources, or computing power. And the devices are Not out of date.

I talked to someone on the chat service, and they said they would look into figuring out what was wrong.
After reinstalling, Animate works fine right now, but some of the media appears to be missing.
I believe this thread should be deleted, but I don't see any option on my end to delete.
