When my arrow is over on the timeline, a little white square appears to the lower right side of my arrow and it won't allow me to right click (to access the copy frames, etc drop down menu).
I see the same small white square here but can right-click. What platform are you on and are you using any kind of pen display tablet? If so, what kind?
