Hey, a student and I got a task of making a suicide prevention add. For the end of my add my idea is to make lots of people saying "Your not alone" slogan in one page at the same time. sorta like this illustration if it makes sense. I really dont know which program to use and how to make it. Help is much appreciated and is with step by step instructions. Thanks.

you can do that with animate cc.

first decide where the ad will be displayed.  then you can determine whether to create an html5/canvas project, air project or as3 project.

Thanks kglad. I just need helping making it because I don't have any experience using adobe animate. Its just gonna be at the end.
