I have an existing project that was developed by someone else in CS5/Action Script 2.0. I did not have Flash Pro software so I bought a subscription to Animate. However, I just discovered that Animate does not support Action Script 2.0 so customer support recommended that I download CS6 so I just did this. So, when I open up a flash file in CS6 and I select Windows->Actions, it more or less shows me a blank plate. I want to view the associated Action Script 2.0 that goes with this flash file. Can I do this? If so, how do I do this?

The AS files are in the class files but they are AS3 not AS2 (Adobe told me today that CS5 version uses AS2 not AS3 but now I see that the flash file is configured for AS3). I'm new at this. Thank You

with cs5 (or anything after cs2 and before cc), the author could have used as3 or as2. if it's as3, you can continue to open in cs6 or you can open in the current animate.
