When you open the publish settings, you will see the hardware acceleration option. The default is "None". There are two more options in the drop-down list, "Direct" and "GPU". Can anyone explain what this means? Will checking different options improve the smooth performance of the current document? This is confusing.

The other options only work if the SWF is embedded in a HTML file.
