What's the best Pen Drawing Tablet to use with Adobe Animate? I see so many post of people having problems scaling down work area and loosing pen pressure. So I was thinking insted of buy a drawing tablet and hoping it works what tablet does Adobe recomend or do all tablets have issues. I was looking at the wacom CTL472K1A because I want a very small tablet and I have limited space.

Thanks

Hi mate,

Wacom will work fine.

I'd rather buy Intuos Pro Small though.

Non-pro versions are not very good for serious work.

I personally find the medium sized Wacoms optimal, but this model (SM PTH-451) is almost as good and you have the advantage of a smaller footprint.

Build quality is such that these last for many years and resolution on the pro line will really allow you to develop and grow.

It will also be good for use in other software such as Krita, Photoshop and so on.

If you buy a Wacom, make sure you install the driver and for Animate disable WindowsInk.

In Animate preferences you have to choose WinTab as your drawing tablet input.

That is if you're on a Windows computer, of course.
