When i add audio to animate it makes it louder

Hey, i have this audio that is very quite and meant to just be background noise and plays like that when playing it on my computer and in adobe audition but when i import it to animate it gets made to be really loud

This almost certainly means you have all those programs set to different volume levels.

Make sure that the audio before import is 44 kHz 16-bit.

If it is 48 kHz, it is very likely to be interpreted incorrectly when imported and sound louder.
