Where is the file containing our custom Interface/Workspace saved?

Which file should I share with my colleagues so we have all the same UI/Workspace?

I would like to know the Mac and the Windows path to that file. Can't find nowhere any mention of the workspace I have created.

boot drive\Users\username\AppData\Local\Adobe\Animate CC version\language\Configuration\Workspace

Windows Vista

boot drive\Users\username\Local Settings\Application Data\Adobe\Animate CC version\language\Configuration\Workspace

Mac OS X

Macintosh HD/Users/userName/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Animate CC version/language/Configuration/Workspace

Wonderful. In fact there is an additional Application Support for Adobe in User's Library.

And when I typed the name of my workspace, macOS could not find it because I think it was in the Library folder.
