Why adobe animate do no export to media encore?

I have a adobe animate cc 2018 file and when I export it as a video the adobe media encore cc 2018 open but I have no file that I can import to media encore. I made that operation many tjmes with sucess and I dont' know what happens now. Please help me.

Hi farolim,

Just to make sure I believe there's a type above and its Media Encoder and not Encore, correct?

I see we have a number of discussion threads regarding this issue and most of them points toward issue with QuickTime player or Windows media player.

Can you please let us know the OS your are working on and also they player type?

Thank you. I have adobe Media Encoder CC2018 , a Quick Time Player 10.4 (928.13) a iMac late 2013 and a Mac OS High Sierra 10,13.5. Thank you again-

I am not sure about the plugin being mentioned here, but can you see if there is a plug in that helps?Exporting Flash (.fla) file! - Media encoder doesn't work | Export fail!

Thank you very much, I will try but I do the exportation on two steps first without exportation  to Media Encore and after bringuing the result on media Encore and it is done. (excuse my bad english!!)

There might be some problem with the export process here, lets try the option shared above by Preran, and let us know if it still does not work.
