why is animate randomly clicking??

im using animate 2022 (latest version i think?) and whenever i have it open, it always does this weird thing where it randomly clicks

this ONLY happens when i have animate tabbed oepn

when i try to screenshot, sometimes it clicks and takes the screenshot early, sometimes i'm drawing a stroke and it clicks randomly, i use a tool and after i use it it clicks randomly and selects whatever is below it!

please help..

i've used worse pcs with VIRUSES on animate and it was just fine, it never did this
now i'm on a better pc with NO viruses and it still does it!

please help me i beg of you pleas pleas

Trying using the 2023 latest version.

if you do update animate, replace the custom settings.  that's the most likely part of the program to be corrupted and cause otherwise baffling behavior.
