Would Animate CC Run Well On Lenovo Yoga Book?

I have a desktop setup for animate cc, but I need a portable laptop to do the job on the go. I thought the Lenovo Yoga Book (Windows version) would be amazing with animate (because of the built in drawing tablet), but I've heard it has a lot of problems running certain apps. Could it run Animate, and could it run it well?

If it can't run it, please leave a suggestion for a 200-450$ laptop that could run Animate CC well.

The new/latest one running windows

a fully loaded 920, sure.  but if you fail to get 16gb of ram, you may encounter some problems.
